Agylytyx Discusses 1Q 2017 Financial Results

Sunnyvale, CA – April 17, 2017 – Agylytyx management announced a profitable first quarter.

Revenue for the company slightly exceeded the management forecast due to expanding services business from the company’s partner Precyse Tech. Product subscription revenue was in line with expectations and was based largely on expected renewals for the company flagship SaaS based analytic product – the FP Generator.

The company’s gross margin results continued their steady improvement as the company began to realize economies of scale. The composition of the company’s labor involved in deals was slightly more cost efficient than forecast, adding to the improving margin picture.

From a net income perspective, the company recorded a profitable first quarter, even though R&D expenditures were slightly higher than the Agylytyx forecast. Madison Laird, the company’s CEO explained: “our commitment to finding the most skilled labor we can, especially for our emerging predictive analytic emphasis, contained our EBITDA to about 5%.” Management stopped short of making a commitment to reinvest the company’s first quarter profit, explaining that they would wait until the end of the second quarter to make that decision.
